Mediocre at best for athletes.
I will be using this product to protect my hands when playing golf etc. The seams appear to be strong. Can use rubber inside to prevent slipping. I use a rubber band to hold it in place. The bigger your arms are (my normal for a 40 year old), the less they stay in place.
