I'm a serious homemaker and have lots of tools in my workshop and garage, but I keep a basic tool set in my hand at home for 'quick fixes' . My partner uses the same tools, so I try to make it easy for those who aren't very familiar with the tools. This versatile nozzle caught my attention as it makes choosing the right nozzle easier and saves space. The ratchet and drill adapter is nothing new. They are the same as many other products on the market. They appear to be well built and sturdy and I expect them to last a long time. The "new" concept is a multiple socket. Other outlets like this have been on the market for many years. I've even bought a pair over the years but have had moderate to poor experiences with them. However, this particular version seems to have overcome many of the problems that older versions had. First, the body of the bushing contains multiple tightly packed steel pins supported by powerful springs. To use the nut, align it with the head of the screw in the center of the nut body and press the nut firmly against the screw. The pins that come in contact with the screw fit into the socket body, leaving only those that match the shape and size of the screw head. You can then tighten or loosen the screw. So far my experiences have been positive. With other products I have had an issue with the pins loosening or twisting in the socket when trying to tighten or loosen the screw. I have never had such experiences with this tool. Only time will tell how well it holds up over the long term. It seems like the perfect tool for an emergency tool supply or for someone less knowledgeable about tools. While I probably won't use it every day, it's a great alternative to a large set of sockets and the hassle of getting the right size. By the way, given the product's adaptable design, you could probably use it with other types of nuts that wouldn't work with a traditional head. Based on my experience I would recommend the product and probably order again.
