Works well. Continuous. Comes with everything needed for installation, but I recommend using rivets or bolts instead of the self-tapping screws provided. The clamp is adjustable and can put a lot of pressure on the closed clamping surfaces. I've found that self-tapping screws or sheet metal screws work loose with even minimal use. If you don't want to constantly tighten the bolts, use bolts with locknuts/washers or rivets.
