If you buy a belt, you can buy a goal. They are most resilient to failures in the hot Arizona sun where I live. After 70,000 miles on my timing belt it hasn't snapped and could easily have lasted much longer. Highly recommended. Cheaper straps will cost you more. and you can take it to the bank!
