I originally bought a set of 4 intake and exhaust O2 sensors on ebay for my suburb (yes they have FOUR because they have 2 catalytic converters) and for some reason one worked of them, but was throwing out code saying it was stuck in bias lean mode, meaning it wasn't reading like it should and sending out signals indicating the lean condition of the engine. So I decided to replace it with a better brand that mechanics almost unanimously recommend, namely Denso. No questions. While 99% of the parts I buy on eBay work perfectly and are of decent quality, not to mention the price, when it comes to sensors I would suggest buying a cheap aftermarket first and if you run into a problem THEN the best to choose brand. it costs a bit more. Yes, it sounds counterintuitive since you might end up spending more money, but it might not. And so far I've only had this sensor replaced and 1 of 8 injectors that I've also had to replace, so don't write off ebay, although when it comes to more technical details, Amazon is proving to be a better option.
