MUCH MUCH easier than I expected

After watching a YouTube video I was sure I could do it, with one caveat: as long as I can pull out the original oxygen sensor. What do you know, it was a breeze. The old one was easy to access and came off with minimal pressure. After about a full turn with the wrench, I was able to wriggle out by hand. The new one slipped right in and tightened with little effort. Started car, reset code and has been fine ever since. Ideal for upstream oxygen sensors in bank 1 (driver's side) or bank 2โ€ฆ

Description and pictures are incorrect

I have a 2007 GMC Serria 4.8 V-8. It has 4 sensors. I went to E-Bay to order 4 for $53.00 with free shipping. The end connectors don't match, the eBay guy said just cut off the ends of the connector and use my old ones. No way. It all goes to the computer in my truck, I want it to match. So I call the parts store. 4 of these cost $225. No, so I pulled the old one out of my truck, went to DENSO manufacturing and went to the site, found the CORRECT part number for my truck and looked it up onโ€ฆ

my 05 silverado ran like crap and gave more codes

just replaced all 4 o2 sensors in my 05 silverado 1500. B2S2 low voltage indicator light. I always thought it had a slightly rough idle. The car is just over 140K. I'm pretty sure they were original due to corrosion but with the correct O2 but with the socket the degrade wasn't as bad as I expected. Just FYI if you are considering taking on this project. Take a suitable O2 head and a flexible key. Believe me, you will thank me. In any case, for the price, it makes sense to swap all 4 at onceโ€ฆ

Perfect fit for my 2004 Yukon

Product works great! I had a Bad Bank 1 O2 Sensor in my '04 GMC Yukon that I needed to replace and this was exactly the part I needed. It was a bit of a hassle to change the neck because I was on my back under the truck and had never done it before, so I had a lot of trouble getting the old one off because I could barely raise a hand to the fork. Until I got up, I tried again the next day, this time I didn't lie lengthwise under the truck, but slid like a "T" onto the side where the truck wasโ€ฆ

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not reliable

Better than aftermarket

I originally bought a set of 4 intake and exhaust O2 sensors on ebay for my suburb (yes they have FOUR because they have 2 catalytic converters) and for some reason one worked of them, but was throwing out code saying it was stuck in bias lean mode, meaning it wasn't reading like it should and sending out signals indicating the lean condition of the engine. So I decided to replace it with a better brand that mechanics almost unanimously recommend, namely Denso. No questions. While 99% of theโ€ฆ

Immediate Improvement - 2012 GMC Yukon XL Denali 6.2

Original Equipment Front O2 Sensors Slow At 120,000 Miles. In the last few thousand miles the car became sluggish, with poor idling, occasional bursts of part throttle and poor gas mileage. With these problems, the Check Engine lights never came on. Fuel pressure was excellent. First I cleaned the MAF. Only minor assistance to solve handling problems is described. Installed these front oxygen sensors. The improvement came immediately. After installing two new front sensors, the car behavedโ€ฆ

The problem is solved! - Oxygen

After years of struggling with my 04 Suburban 1500, I've finally solved my problem! I once had an issue where I had to floor the accelerator pretty hard and put the car in gear. When I stopped at a red light or at a bus stop, I noticed that the truck just shook and drove very hard. Throttle response was delayed and ready to stall at any second. It was only idling once everything was fine. Another problem was that he became rich. Cleared codes and everything was fine. The same thing happenedโ€ฆ
