I like how easy it was to navigate with this software from start to finish, in addition to its ease when setting up alerts that are sent out to my team as tasks. Sometimes there can be an issue with sending updates when a task has been completed/is being worked, if not made aware of immediately. This isn't always immediate upon notification but more so after some time has passed. You also have the option of adding other data which I enjoy using once set up. Being able to quickly alert employees about errors or issues with product they may come across within their daily workflow. The integration with SAP and QMS is one of the best I have seen. There are many configuration settings that can be configured easily, and it is very easy to get started. You can also use mobile data to track inventory or materials at any location in real time. It would be good if they allow more customization as well as an option to export the data in a CSV format. MTT of material and traceability for all the different suppliers and manufacturers.
