The best way to track all goods from point A till end customer's hand, without any hassle! I can see in one dashboard what goes where and who has done it etc., which was not possible few years ago with other tools like Wizzcart or Xero. Also they have amazing support team that always try their level bests to help us out anytime we need them. Sometimes some features are missing but i believe this will be available soon. I like how easy it was to navigate with this software from start to finish, in addition to its ease when setting up alerts that are sent out to my team as tasks. Sometimes there can be an issue with sending updates when a task has been completed/is being worked, if not made aware of immediately. This isn't always immediate upon notification but more so after some time has passed. You also have the option of adding other data which I enjoy using once set up. As far as its price goes; if they were able charge more then no one would buy from them - but in reality most companies are happy paying around £20 per month when compared against other similar services available online/offline etc..
