Very limited customer base

Overall a good wall shelf for small items. I have a couple of major issues with this rack for larger "normal" equipment such as servers: - During initial assembly, one thread was reversed and another screw snapped off. These are aluminum screws, not hardened steel. There was a sense that several more were eventually filmed, which called quality control into question. The wall mount holes are 18.89 inches apart, but this product appears to be marketed towards the home consumer who likely has 16 inch studs in the home or garage. Unfortunately, the design makes this impossible. for driving screws at an angle, so most of them require a special back plate. This rack cannot install the rails properly, making the 24" deep version pointless. The rails could potentially be mounted on multiple holes that match the wall mount holes, but then the rack would not be able to pivot on the hinge , which defeats the purpose of the hinge. If you don't plan to install small and light telecommunications equipment, I can't recommend this product.Otherwise it would work very well.
