Everything is OK. for fuel tanks

Fuel Cell Spec-D 15 Gallon - This is not a bad item, it is quite serviceable once you fix it. My build was bad. None of the fasteners holding the snap ring to the tank have been tightened. One or two pressed firmly, but certainly not what I would call "safe" for fuel-related applications. How did I notice that? I haven't seen anything online anywhere that shows the ohm range of the level sensor, so of course I had to check what it was before buying a gauge. This is GM style 0-90 ohm. The problem was that the lowest resistance the transmitter could read was 33 ohms because there was about an inch of foam inside the cell. It was the disassembly required to remove this foam that revealed the issue with the mounts. The tank cap that can be opened was also not screwed on tightly. Oddly, there is a small hole in the gas cap that appears to have been drilled on purpose. This might seem counterintuitive to the idea of sealing a tank, but it is what it is. Finally all anchors -10. It seemed like too much ventilation but it is what it is. I use this on a stationary engine and there are no leaks so it does the job for me.
