I've only used it a couple of times but it seems to work as promised. UPDATE: Having used the Sweepa for a few months and loaned it out to a few friends, I'm confident enough to say this is one of the best carpet brushes I've ever used. A few tips: if the hair sticks to it due to static electricity, just sprinkle it with a little water and it will hold. while you do your work. Pull in short strokes, this is not a push broom. If you have puppies or dogs that like to chew, put it in a place where they can't reach. Apparently it can be used as a chew toy after you get rid of it. It washes off easily. You can clean your shower/bath with it if you put a short handle on it. Hope this update helps!
