Defective - stuck in socket

The 1/2" screwdriver (the only one I tried) stuck in the first socket I used it on. The retaining ball didn't come loose without a big one A closer look at the driver reveals that the ball bearing is damaged and is too high above the surface to resolve properly In any case, this type of poor tolerance and design should have been identified by the quality control department came back
