A dream come true: audio and video accessories

They are very comfortable. I have a very large head and wear glasses and it has a hanging strap which makes it very comfortable in almost all situations. I didn't realize at first they were snap and fixed but once I realized they fit perfectly. The quality of the microphone is excellent. So far I've used them with Vidyo, WebEx, Skype and GlobalMeet. Either way, voices sound great through headphones and my voice sounds fantastic to others. The mute function is very well done, sitting right on the mic with a solid, fast-spoken button. These headphones detect when you're trying to speak when you're on mute and warn you that no one can hear you speak. You can change the setting to be audible, show a notification, both, or nothing. The general sound quality is also excellent. There's definitely Plantronics sound quality here. I can hear music in full fidelity. When communicating with a microphone, the headphones change the profile even with an adapter and there is a loss in music quality. The fall is cancelable, but can still be used to play. The bass is rich, the mids are crisp and clear, and the highs are great. When listening to music, the headphones perform chic real-time DSP and the quality is very good for professional office headphones. The range is also decent. They go a lot further than my BackBeat Pro and I can use them in my 950 square feet. ft. If I go too far, the quality drops for the first few words, then shifts to a higher bar and picks up again. It's a bit annoying, but he handles it well. As long as you are within 50 feet you should have no problems. The noise cancellation is very light. It's not overbearing, but it's a very subtle effect that's hard to see. Bose's noise-cancelling makes me sick, but they don't bother me at all. The build quality is good. They don't feel cheap like other headsets. The dock is solid and well built. Headphones are easy to plug in. I've used them enough already to comment on the battery life. For heavy voice and music I get 12-14 hours before they die. You'll get an audio alert an hour before the day, and the software's battery life estimate is very accurate. Upon receipt, be sure to update the firmware. Flashing the USB accessory and headset increases range, performance, and sound quality. The quality degrades slightly when using pure Bluetooth compared to a dongle. However, most people will not notice it. Let me know if you have any questions about headphones or software!
