Interestingly, people who have had trouble with this use/assemble it incorrectly. Remove the case from your iPad and it should fit snugly. And make sure to install it correctly on your bed/table according to the instructions. It works great on my desk. Fits iPad Pro 10.5" and iPhone. It's well made. I've searched and haven't found anything better. In the photo it seems a little longer than it actually is, but the measurements are given in the description.
