Fits well, looks good and is quite comfortable. I decided to replace my Garmin strap because after only 6 months it was looking bad (some shiny, some matte so it looked dirty all the time). This model has a much lower profile, making it easier to tuck under the cuffs of a long-sleeved shirt. I'm not sure it will hold as securely as a Garmin strap given the type of clasp, so will hold onto a Garmin strap for triathlon or other intense events.
