Review on Goldboy by Shane Palma

The interaction I had with Goldboy Online Store was akin to witnessing a sitcom in which everything goes wrong. My interactions with them were a succession of blunders and failures in communication, despite their assurances that they have a knowledgeable and experienced staff that provides excellent customer support. To begin, I was sent the incorrect product, which was something that did not even remotely resemble what I had purchased. When I contacted their customer support team for assistance, the people on the other end appeared to be just as perplexed as I was! It required a number of phone calls and emails exchanged between the two parties before a solution could be found. However, that wasn't the end of the comedic antics. When I eventually got my hands on the right item, I discovered that it was of such poor quality that I could hardly put it to any use. The item did not live up to my anticipations, despite the fact that the internet description was obviously exaggerated. My experience with Goldboy Online Store was, on the whole, a comedy of mistakes that ultimately resulted in my feeling disappointed and frustrated. Unless you're seeking to have some fun at their expense, I wouldn't recommend doing business with them as a retailer.
