Great, and it's both ways.

Excellent. Exactly as I had hoped, and even better than I expected; and I expected high quality snakes. I almost gave it a 4 just because you could actually use the second photo showing it's a complete KIT for this device. On both sides of the door is complete, with everything you need. Even additional mounting material. LAT is the lever code, 622 is the standard ANSI trim code, and CEN is the style. "Gear" means it does not include keys, buttons, or other locking mechanisms. No screws are accessible from the outside. Buy three more.
