Review on 🍳 Cuisinart 77-17N 17 Piece Stainless Steel Chef's Classic Set by Antonio Liberty

Great kitchen and dining set

I have had several stainless steel pots over the years but never a complete set. All necessary configurations are included in this set. Yes, mysterious stains appear, and I don't know why, but the bartender's little friend (I like the powder the most) cleans them up right away. The floors are thick and distribute the heat very evenly. The only downside is that the lid handles and pot/pan handles get very hot when cooking, so be prepared to use a side towel or heat resistant glove when removing/moving these handles. If you are serious about cooking, this set will not disappoint. I've seen a lot of negative reviews about this set regarding food sticking. I've been in the food industry for decades and have cooked on various types of cookware, but mostly I cook on stainless steel and it IS POSSIBLE to have nonstick experience with it. However, if you are new to cooking with stainless steel, you MUST learn it. You can't cook food like you can with a Teflon pan. (I have yet to find a Teflon pan that doesn't lose its non-stick properties in a few weeks.) I've cooked eggs every way without sticking with great success. Remember: hot pan + cold fat = nothing burns. You need to heat the pan before adding fat and you need to figure out how much to heat based on your own stove. You'll ruin a lot of eggs and other items on your way to mastery, but learning how to cook with these pans is well worth it. Conclusion: great crockery at a great price.
