Supplied without hard drive, 3TB surveillance grade hard drive purchased from Western Digital. It was easy to install and set up. It is highly recommended to change ALL default passwords on the NVR and cameras and to configure the VLAN on the router (if possible) to isolate the NVR from the rest of the network and prevent access to other computers. I used an Archer C9 router and flashed it with DD-WRT firmware to set up VLANS.
