Review on NetSupport ServiceDesk by Brett Robinson

I like that this program is very user friendly. The customer service department has been great to work with, they are helpful in getting me set up so i can use it effectively for my business needs. It's easy to learn how to navigate the system as well as get answers when you need them most! There isn't much at all about this product that I dislike. If there was anything that would be improved upon it would probably have more options of different types or sizes of boxes. This software does everything we needed from an inventory management standpoint, but also helps us track our time spent working on projects and tasks. We've saved thousands of dollars by using this solution over other similar products out there. With this tool we were able to not only keep accurate records of what was being worked on, who did it, and when it was completed/submitted. Also helped us manage our project costs which allowed us to make better decisions regarding future purchases.
