Excellent application and great support

The best of service desk is that it provides an easy to use UI with multiple options through which we can easily deal with our customers. It also has many features like ticketing, knowledge base etc., so one does not have to go elsewhere for other applications as well if needed. I would surely recommend this product because its good in terms of price too compared to others available in market. Sometimes when you are trying something new or different it may take some time to get used but once…

Great Product - User Friendly Platform

I like that this program is very user friendly. The customer service department has been great to work with, they are helpful in getting me set up so i can use it effectively for my business needs. It's easy to learn how to navigate the system as well as get answers when you need them most! There isn't much at all about this product that I dislike. If there was anything that would be improved upon it would probably have more options of different types or sizes of boxes. This software does…
