Excellent application and great support

The best of service desk is that it provides an easy to use UI with multiple options through which we can easily deal with our customers. It also has many features like ticketing, knowledge base etc., so one does not have to go elsewhere for other applications as well if needed. I would surely recommend this product because its good in terms of price too compared to others available in market. Sometimes when you are trying something new or different it may take some time to get used but once got started there's no stopping! We do lot of customer engagement here at netsupport where users report their issues online without having physical interaction. With helpdesk solution i am able to provide them all assistance they need related to any issue/solution via chat window itself rather than waiting long hours just to speak over phone then providing them quick response back.
