I bought 4 ounce cups to use as a substitute for baking cupcakes. The size is perfect as they hold up well hold up on their own.You can skip the cupcake pans as they hold up well in the oven and make a nice presentation.The only negative rating I would give (reason for 4 stars) is that most people have trouble lifting the cupcake getting out of the cup. I discovered by preparing a few small cuts, about ¼" down the sides will help with removal. Once you understand this, they will pop out right away!
