Oh my god, I'm in love with this pan! I don't think I will ever buy a pizza delivery service again. Now it pales in comparison to what I can cook in this pan at home. When I got it I had to try it. I love thin crust pizza, but I never get it as crispy as I like. I read online that the best way to get that extra crispy crust is to use a cast iron skillet and they were right. That's how I make pizza. It turns out perfect every time. I make pizza dough in a bread maker. It's so easy to add all the ingredients and in no time I have the dough ready. Before rolling out the dough very thinly, I put the cold pan in the oven to heat up while the oven heats up to the right temperature. Once the oven and baking sheet are hot, I take out the baking sheet, place the dough on it and let it sit for 1-2 minutes to brown a bit. I add the toppings and return to the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is nicely browned. Take out and enjoy! YUMMO! This frying pan is of high quality. I can't tell it apart from the cast iron Lodge pans I have. It works just as well but is a lot cheaper. We've only used it for pizza so far, but I plan to use it as a frying pan to make breakfast on Christmas morning. It's easy to clean and the wort builds well. I highly recommend this pan to all lovers of crispy pizza.
