Try customer service for this item. The push of the off button/switch doesn't seem up to standard for a small $20 magnetic base service light. I was expecting this thing to last longer than 3-4 weeks. It was turned off and on 4-5 times a day as it was draining the batteries much quicker than advertised. Can't recommend until I hear what customer service has to say! I received the replacement device within 8 days! Guess what? It has been 3 weeks since receiving the replacement and another bulb has succumbed to the same identical problem! Do not purchase this item until they guarantee new long lasting switches. Why put a push button switch next to a lightbulb and a flashlight? Why not a normal switch on the battery compartment? This is badly designed nonsense and if I can both blocks will be returned. Complete garbage.
