I purchased this item in November (I didn't realize I JUST missed the January 31st return window) and I wasn't aware that THIS PRODUCT was the problem until I found it repaired today. After I bought and installed this, I threw away my old one (the button is broken and probably unusable). I checked all the buttons and they work fine. A few weeks later, while my wife and I were driving, she couldn't roll down the passenger seat window. My kids can wind down the rear window with no problem. So I thought maybe she got out. Before I replaced her switch, I unplugged it and it's working fine again. So there is a bug in this product that prevents the front passenger window from rolling off the switch on that door. It works via the master/driver switch. Back to replacing that stupid thing. It would be nice if the seller reimbursed the damage for an inferior product.
