Crash after 4 hours of operation.

I installed this converter with a 12v input. At first it output 6V and worked fine. But about 4 hours after installation, the output voltage dropped to a few millivolts. I replaced it with another brand DC/DC converter and so far it works. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like a good product.
