Modem network products

Modem does not work. Power does not turn on. It had to be reset each time it was turned on, which only took about a minute, and then turned off again. I am returning the modem and the third-party seller is not paying to return the defective item. I am very disappointed in this transaction. UPDATE They fixed and sent a prepaid shipping label to ship the modem back.
