It worked! - Wireless audio receivers and adapters

I have had a Sonos 6 Play 1 system and bridge for several years. It always sounded amazing and worked flawlessly. A few months ago I agreed to be a Sonos beta tester for their new Sonos/Alexa integration. Wow what a mistake! Since my first download of the beta software I have encountered a very unstable system that tends to disconnect the speakers from the system. For no apparent reason, they may or may not reunite. My awesome system has turned into an annoying, hard to use, frustrating mess! I even went so far as to uninstall new software and stop beta testing. It does not matter. So I moved the entire system to another router with no performance improvements. I was nervous and very unhappy after all the money I had spent on this system. Then I read that some users with similar complaints as me solved negative problems with Sonia Boost. I decided it was worth making one last attempt to fix my system. Boost arrived today and I installed it according to the instructions. At first it seemed to work quite well. Then all but one of his speakers suddenly failed, which is exactly what I've been experiencing for months. I was really unhappy at that moment. So I joined each speaker for the second time. WOW! Now everything works great. Has been running for 5 hours now with no problems. It's a shame you have to buy a $100 add-on for your system to get it back to where it's been a few years, but it works. I'm moderately optimistic that this has been fixed and my wonderful system is back.
