The platform is very easy-to -use, intuitively understandable for even novice users with little experience of online marketing tools like SEO or PPC campaigns! It's not only great at managing reviews but also helps you get more customers through better customer service too. I have used many platforms in my career as an Online Marketer from other companies such as Google etc., this one has been by far best so far when it comes down to ease of use & effectiveness across all areas including Customer Service which we were struggling here before using their services!! Nothing really though just wish they could do some improvement around integration into our CRM system instead having 2 separate systems would be nice if possible (but then again who am i kidding). We are trying out different ways how to improve overall performance within website rankings / traffic generation/ conversion rates among others via various methods available today both offline AND ONLINE.
