Happy with the filters. Installed by the plumber at the same time we installed kitchen faucets and reverse osmosis faucets. With the right tool, the filters come out and are easy to replace. Thing is my reverse osmosis tank is fried = the plumber said nothing lasts forever and my system is 15 years old. Maybe we had a bunch of dollars just to buy a whole new system (a new reverse osmosis faucet is usually included) instead of replacing the filters. Next time it will most likely be a whole new system.
