I have used many brands of filters in the past and this is by far the best quality for the money I have come across. This is my third time using this quality has always been constant, after emptying 2 full tanks after changing the filter I get about 16-18 ppm, the tap water I have here is over 420 ppm.

filters received today and replaced filters for the first time in my life BUT I've only been using about 12 gallons of reverse osmosis water a week for my saltwater tank water, so I figured the old ones would be clean. I have city water that isn't clean but you don't expect the 1st filter was full of silt, I mean sludge! Luckily I'm moving to a new house with well water BUT now I know what those filters do and need to be changed.

Happy with the filters. Installed by the plumber at the same time we installed kitchen faucets and reverse osmosis faucets. With the right tool, the filters come out and are easy to replace. Thing is my reverse osmosis tank is fried = the plumber said nothing lasts forever and my system is 15 years old. Maybe we had a bunch of dollars just to buy a whole new system (a new reverse osmosis faucet is usually included) instead of replacing the filters. Next time it will most likely be a whole new…

This is my first time changing filters myself and I thought I ordered the right parts when I looked at the pictures but one part (UDF-10 ) did not look. just like the one that came out. Revain was great and worked with me and I was able to receive credit for this order and order replacement carbon filters. What I subsequently learned is that the four parts work fine and the part that I felt was inappropriate goes through step 2. I'll know better next time!
