Excellent product. I'm 35 years old and have been using it along with Animal M-Stak for about 3 weeks now and I've definitely noticed a difference in my physique (gained 3lbs) and aggressiveness in the gym. I got a bit of acne when I first started taking them but I knew it was just my body adjusting and now the acne is gone. Since I take it at the same time as Animal M-Stak, I only take it at night, opening the capsules and mixing the powder into my protein smoothie before bed. Do without it for 2 weeks and then buy more. I don't think you should cycle them, but we all know that our bodies adapt and things can lose their effectiveness. All in all, another versatile product that doesn't disappoint.
