This stopped the 60 cycle hum. If your glitch is anything other than 60 cycles, it may not work.

This is a 60Hz tuned filter. I used a 120 volt 60hz source on 12 volts. The filtration was not very good. I put this filter in series and the 60Hz noise was gone.
