The product itself is easy to use and did a great job cleaning and sealing the roof. I'll do it again in the fall and then I can check how well it actually seals. With two people doing the job, a 31-foot RV can be cleaned in 30 minutes or an hour, depending on how long it's been since the last cleaning. Two people, one on the roof, the other on the ground, see con. Note: I used a half gallon on a 31ft RV that hadn't had its roof cleaned in years. I went through the roof twice so the coverage was very good. Do not wax your camper until the roof is complete. Do not keep other vehicles nearby that could be sprayed from the roof. Don't think you can wash the sides off the roof. I used this and read the reviews about the residue so figured by cleaning the roof I could just rinse the sides and it will be fine. Everything looked fine until the next day, so I had to remove the remaining wax and re-oil my camper. This product leaves marks that are difficult to remove, even if you have just waxed your camper. Follow my advice and you will save a lot of time and get more value out of the product.
