We have a 620ft roll 5 from home to office that is used to back up business computers to a home server without a raid. With this device and a poe injector I can create a 1Gbps connection between the store switch and the unraid server, without it we only get a 100Mbps connection. Before I added it, this model went down and out of service, so I bought this model and actually saw a slight improvement in AOMEI's backup speed. With the old model of SSD to SSD it works at 90-100 Mbit/s, with this model it runs at 100-112 Mbit/s, which is the same speed I get from home PCs that aren't up to 10 -Gbe network cards have been upgraded. Highly recommend this product if you need Ethernet to work over 320ft.
