I like that they are very proactive about keeping their customers up to date with new features from time to time as well as providing support when needed. They also have great customer service! Nothing really comes across negatively here but sometimes it can be hard finding someone who is available at certain times of day so if you need help or quick response then this may not work out perfectly for your needs. We use them primarily because we were looking into hosting our website ourselves before deciding between different companies however now realize how much easier life would've been had we just gone through edge instead (and saved some money).
