NO GREASE IN THE BALL JOINT?

Ball joint not lubricated,,,,Installed 1 year ago. The ball joint is already loose. Come on Dorman, NO QUALITY CONTROL, UNACCEPTABLE. I will contact Amazon about this. I'll come back and check the left arm as well (I bought both at the same time).
