"For the Price" is important. The shelf looks really great when it's full assembled and to my great shock, the holes actually line up really well! I've bought much more expensive build-it-yourself furniture that didn't line up even close to this stuff. So major props there!It's not solid wood. so when the shelves are empty, it's pretty light and can rock around. Once you load it with your books, it's not going anywhere. With the metal frame, everything screws into place and there's no sway to the frame, which is better than most build-it-yourself items.It also needs to be noted that it isn't actual wood grain that you see in the photo. It's printed on a texture sheet. It looks good from a distance of 2 feet or more, but when you get close you can see it's fake pretty easily. But for the price, it looks way better than expected.Conclusion: Happy with the purchase! I think it works really well in our home! Would recommend!
