Bought a few sheets hoping to find the "perfect one for the job" and here it is - I'm cutting out a roofing material to be fastened under a plastered wall , an elastomeric flat roof made from a corner slope - Cutting through the thick base course, a sand-filled course and a top cover course to allow the roof to be demolished with minimal damage to the plaster and wall waterproofing. This allows you to cut through multi-layer elastomeric roofing - also great for cutting sealant between caulk and plaster and removing multi-layer roofing from wall caulk to reuse for new work - I don't have to break open the bottom 6 inches of plaster just to pull out to install the new sealing element. With a little pressure it even cut through thin electroplated waterproof material (unintentionally) - cutting right around invisible nail heads - I'm pretty sure I spent my first blah blah well past supposed "life" - it is now just another dead end, but it worked better, faster and longer than expected.
