Broken on first use
What the heck? I bought this over a year ago when my 33 year old Hamilton Beach blender finally died. I rarely use a blender but would like to have one on hand when I need it. Took it out of the box for the first time yesterday to mix 16 oz. frozen berries with condensed milk and lemon juice for making sorbet. Motor burned out on first use! I don't know what edition I have as I had it long before I used it. I bought this based on the reviews. What a big disappointment.
