Fantastic Program For Managed Device Management

I like that it is mobile friendly and that there are many options for subscription plans to suit your needs. It was simple to set up an account with them and they were super quick to respond when I emailed back and forth about some things. They have very clear documentation so you know how everything works! And their customer service team does amazing work helping us figure out what we need from Xeus. Nothing really but sometimes if you don't understand something or think your question is unclear someone will help out in a timely fashion. We use this program as our primary way to manage all our devices via one platform. Before using this software we had no idea how big the market share is for managed device management systems. This makes getting new clients much easier than before since it's not just 1 option among other similar products. I like that it has all the features you need to manage your subscription and billing for multiple devices in an easy way. It also gives me everything I need to monitor my device usage, so I can keep track of how much data is being used each month. There are some things I wish were better organized or more intuitive such as the app store where subscriptions are purchased. But overall this product does what we needed it to do. We have been able to easily control our mobile phone bills with Xius.
