My 9-year old son who is flat-footed and has overpronation wore this product yesterday, while walking in the mall. His posture was noticeably better and he did not complain of his feet hurting him nor did he walk like he was handicapped. At the end of the day, my son took off the arch fixer and could visible see what an arch should look like (as an arch imprint was visible). Along with this device, we will have him also do 15 minutes of daily arch exercises (rolling his feet across spiky massage balls) to see if his arch will correct itself over time. We will have to wait to see how it holds up after wearing daily. So, we will surely order more spare pairs.
