Review on Selle SMP TRK Saddle Large Black: Ergonomic and Comfortable by Daniel Shankle

First of all I think it is important to describe my riding style. I've been road biking for about 6 months, almost exclusively on flat terrain, and ride about 20-70 miles at a time. I rode the standard saddle for 1 month and this saddle for 5 months. I have slightly wider hips for a guy and am about 6ft 0190lbs tall. My main goal when buying this saddle was the channel in the middle. I used to have numbness in the crotch area, both parts if you get my meaning. I also had immediate pain in my sit bones due to cracks in the road. After that no problem. There is no numbness and the cushion is thick, relieving the pain of riding over the inevitable cracks. See, this saddle doesn't look that sleek and professional, but hey, the only one who benefits from this saddle is you, so you should also care about how it feels. I have tried many saddles and tested each one equally and this saddle gave me the best results. It's been 5 months and I can tell you I'll get the same one when it's time for a new one.
