This thing is huge. One of the bars on top was broken but I put it back in place. The stairs are in a strange position. It would make more sense to attach both ends to the corners of the frame rather than 1 rung from the bottom. The scales were off balance, so they hung slightly askew. I used swivel ties to attach one side of the frame to the cage to raise it and keep it level. The bells on the tire don't make much of a noise. That can be good or bad. My partner's budgie prefers loud bells. However, he still uses the loop to play. In general, it's not perfect, but the budgie uses and likes it. Ultimately, this is the most important thing. **After I left my feedback, the seller contacted me and gave me a partial refund as my item was damaged when I received it. Excellent customer service.
