After some trial and error in choosing hiking socks I came across these. I never considered paying an XX price for 1 pair of socks, having previously bought the typical Hanes/Fruit of the Loom/Nike sock set for $10 or less, but here I am, many pairs later , and find out that these socks, to my eyes, were made right. Properly designed. Every factor has been considered. Do your feet sweat? let her breathe Padding at the front, back of the ankle, ball of the foot and heel, and padding at the top of the arch. Definitely comfortable, warm and "fresh" at the same time, perfect for anyone who wants to be protected but doesn't want sweaty feet after work. All I can say after all this chatter is that I hope the quality of this product lasts because if it does they will have a buyer for as long as I need these socks. And they're not just for active users. :)
