This was a terrible purchase. It's not very difficult to assemble, but disassembling when you're processing 50# tomatoes is a big and sloppy mess. I had to do this over and over again as the snail kept clogging and I never got that lovely sauce that I see in the photos here. I tried raw tomatoes following directions. I ended up feeding one piece at a time to make progress. I tried pre-cooking the tomatoes that were still stuffed. I even processed them in a food processor before straining. It took a few hours to get through 2 crates. I was able to clean and sow the seeds by hand faster. I am so disappointed and am sending this back. I even asked my husband to assemble it so I knew I did it right. He pointed out that the drill did not fit the body as shown in the photos. This was the first place the food started to stick. Also, people keep calling him Victorio, which is what I was looking for. This is obviously a cheap fake as the Victorio brand is very well made and respected.
