Apart from paint damage?
I was very happy with my coupling shackle. When I opened it I noticed the paint had chipped off down to the metal. I read in several reviews that it is powder coated. I'm not sure if this is the case. Apart from the paint damage, it looks solid. Only time will tell if it does what it's supposed to do. If not, I'll post an update. I took some pictures with measurements if you're interested.
