Antenna Amplified Amplifier Digital Ready Televisions Review

Connected to a 2" receiver on my truck. I didn't get any new channels on my radio but I was able to get my buddy out of the mud so maybe he's been better since our trucks connected.

Feels like a solid, good weight. There is no doubt that this is a really good product, have not tried it yet. The only reason I didn't give it more stars is because the operating range isn't stated, so I feel like I'm going to go into the restoration of the car blind.

I was very happy with my coupling shackle. When I opened it I noticed the paint had chipped off down to the metal. I read in several reviews that it is powder coated. I'm not sure if this is the case. Apart from the paint damage, it looks solid. Only time will tell if it does what it's supposed to do. If not, I'll post an update. I took some pictures with measurements if you're interested.

Not sure if others got a fake or if CSI made some changes to the production but it should be. I bought 2 of these and the shackle threads are fine, the square edges are slightly rounded and the insert size is 1.969 inches which is pretty much within spec. The paint had a few small chips around the eyelet but 30 seconds with the marker took care of that. One of these has been hanging on the front of my truck since December 2014 and has very little rust, less than I expected.

I saw this online and decided to give it a try. I am very satisfied and have used it many times since purchasing it. To me, this is way better than the standard hitch: 1. You can just attach the rope instead of making creative knots around the hitch ball; 2. This device can accept a carabiner or a hook; 3. When not in use it barely protrudes past the hitch mount so unlike my tow hitch (which stretches way back and I have to worry about cars hitting it or walls) I can leave it attached at all…

This is a great mount and receiver. The packaging could have been a little better - just came in a box wrapped in wrapping paper - but since it's braces only paint chips can go wrong. The D ring is solid. I can easily unscrew the screw and the threads seem to be quite well finished. The receiver is well made and while some people have complained that it's too small, it fits my hitch well and doesn't rattle too much. The finish is just fantastic. I don't know what can go wrong with this combination. The price was about the lowest I could find and when I received this item I was blown away by the quality. Solid shaft, durable product with a nice finish (will soon be destroyed). Fits perfectly in my 3 separate 2" receivers, not too tight but enough room not to move too much when in use. Just received this today and was immediately impressed with the weight and strength of both the receiver and shackle. As someone who 1) used to run a machine shop and 2) worked specifically with rigging equipment such as shackles, spans and slings, aircraft wire, etc., I can say that shackle tolerances are acceptable. "It is what it is” applies here; they are rough but small pieces of metal. I ordered this combo set and (3) additional braces. Of all 4 shackles, 3 were "finger sized", 1 required
