I don't "travel" very often, but I might need to move my Berkey twice a year. Was this bag worth it? YUP! It is exactly what it sounds like, but it is also PEACE. Of course a Berkay would work just as well if it was scratched and dented and dented, but heck. BUT let's be honest - one of the cool things is the shiny "chrome" stainless steel look. It was easy to use and no space was wasted. The bag is as compact as possible, but the padding and canvas are thick enough to protect the berets. I didn't feel the need to put it in a box, just placed the Berks on top of my stuff. It rattled a little, but it's ok. yes i recommend
